I’m Lydia and I’m a Psychotherapist. I studied Psychology at the University of Worcester and the University of Exeter and it was my intention to move into therapy from there. Unfortunately, I got home sick, and whilst I tried to pursue my training in Jersey, I struggled to find a way. I ended up having a very successful career in Marketing for the last 10 years.

After the birth of my daughter, I suffered PTSD and thankfully I was referred to a Human Givens therapist thanks to a wonderful Midwife friend. I couldn’t believe how quickly she managed to sort me out. Within 2 sessions we had managed to put the trauma to bed and I returned to my normal self. I had never heard of HG and so my interest in psychology was sparked again. Shortly after this, I decided to return to studying to complete my final bit of training to become a Psychotherapist. Fast forward to now and i’m now seeing a variety of clients from my clinic in Longueville.
